Systems Engineer

Salary: Circa £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience

Security Clearance: Eligability for UK SC Clearance

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Systems Engineer to join a leading engineering function, working on some of the most complex and innovative projects undertaken in the UK. As a Systems Engineer, you will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements capture and system design through to integration, verification, and delivery. This Systems Engineer position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in multi-disciplinary teams, and developing solutions that push the boundaries of technology. Key Skills & Expertise:

• Experience in requirements analysis, specifications, and justification

• Knowledge of system architecture design and modelling

• Ability to conduct system trade studies to support design decisions

• Experience in systems proving, design assurance, and certification

• Familiarity with model-based engineering techniques and tools such as SysML, IBM DOORS Next, and Rhapsody

• Experience managing engineering work packages, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and working with stakeholders

• Exposure to defence, aerospace, or other high-integrity systems beneficial

• Understanding of AGILE frameworks and methodologies is an advantage
