Key Purpose of the Role: Deploy and install company products in customer environments, onboard clients to company cloud services, and provide effective support by diagnosing and resolving issues. Guide customers to maximise product value, contribute to documentation and testing tasks, and support internal network and server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer and reseller support requests, logging activities and resolutions in detail.Plan and execute installations and deployments with developers and customers.Conduct formal product and component testing, and maintain records of custom implementations.Provide guidance and technical advice to customers and resellers.Assist in the sales process through demos, implementation planning, and support.Stay current with infrastructure trends and Windows environment developments.Continuously develop skills and technical knowledge to enhance customer support.Comply with company policies on health & safety and information security.Foster strong working relationships within the Company and across the Hague Group.
