Overview

An established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Kent is seeking a hands-on Systems Integration Engineer to join its growing team. This role focuses on APIs, workflows, automation and data mapping to integrate platforms such as CRM, PSA and Accounting systems. The position is not primarily software development.

Location: Kent (2-3 days on-site) • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent • Start Date: Immediate • Salary: Up to £40k + benefits

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Accounting, CRM, PSA and other business applications.
• Use APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to connect systems and streamline workflows.
• Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Support project delivery and contribute to business automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to workflow automation or integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).
• Experience supporting project delivery or project management would be highly beneficial.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver results.
