Reporting into the Applications Team Leader, you will provide technical system support service that ensures all applications are running to their optimum performance and that all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. A detailed understanding of how the SCADA system application operates and communicates with its controlled assets is essential to this role.

This role would be well suited to a proficient Support Engineer with experience of SCADA technologies, such as Codra – Panorama. An individual who is able to work under pressure, excels at problem solving, strong communication and customer focus.
