Snr Systems Engineer (Validation & Integration) to join a global technology leader delivering ASICs, software, multibeam electronically-steered antennas and end-to-end satellite communications systems for space, ground and airborne applications. We’re expanding our validation capability and seeking a hands-on Senior System Validation Engineer to validate complex HW/SW/PHY/radio systems that implement DVB-S2X and other radio/IP protocols.This is a practical, high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys building test systems, automating regressions, debugging integration issues, and driving product quality across domains.Responsibilities:Lead system-level validation activities covering PHY, radio, hardware and embedded software.Translate system architecture and requirements into comprehensive test strategies, plans and traceable test cases.Design, implement and maintain automated test suites and manual procedures for new systems and features.Build and operate lab test setups for both automated regression and manual validation campaigns.Perform hands-on system bring-up, integration, feature enabling and root-cause debugging.Analyse measurement data and produce post-processing reports and regular KPIs/metrics for stakeholders.Experience:Educated to MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or other relevant fieldStrong commercial experience in system validation for complex HW/SW/embedded products.Strong lab skills: operation of RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, high-speed sampling scopes, etc.).Proven experience developing validation automation using Python, C#, C++ or similar.Solid experience testing IP networking elements (routers, network processors) and understanding of IP protocols and network performance testing.Experience with defect tracking and knowledge tools (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence preferred).Bluestream Recruitment is an Equal Opportunities Employer and operates as an Employment Agency for permanent recruitment and an as an Employment Business for temporary / contract recruitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
