OverviewLogiq is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing technical architecture practice. We deliver secure IT services and systems to clients, deploying engineering skills across the delivery lifecycle to meet client needs. Projects require a flexible and dynamic approach, from inception and requirements analysis to architecture development, design, engineering implementation and testing.Our Cyber Security and Information Assurance experts provide leading-edge consultancy to clients with high-risk operations, in both the Private and Public Sectors. The role may involve working in a government security advisory context, within Defence or Security organisations.ResponsibilitiesLead analysis of delivery objectives, business drivers and user requirements.Shape the delivery strategy and collaborate with users, business analysts and architects to develop architecture models and technical specifications.Engage with a range of stakeholders in a collaborative, dynamic project lifecycle.Develop test and integration plans, considering all components of an effective capability and both verification and validation aspects.Adapt and innovate to maintain momentum and deliver on time within resource constraints.As a client-facing consultant, drive business development in conjunction with account leads and client engagement. Mentor and develop junior members of the Logiq team across multiple practices, enhancing the quality of consultancy services.Essential Experience and Skills3+ years proven experience in the systems engineer role.Experience managing, analysing, and refining requirements with stakeholders using adaptable communication styles.Experience developing and executing verification and validation themes within a complex technology delivery project.Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (Archimate, UML/SysML).Experience using requirements management tooling (e.g., DOORS or equivalent).Experience in Defensive Cyber, Enterprise Architecture and Secure System Design.Strong problem-solving ability, collaboration with subject matter experts to drive team innovation.Experience in MOD architecture views or delivery processes.System security skills and experience with agile methodologies.Previous consultancy experience.Desirable Qualifications / Certifications2.1 in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical degree.Higher degree such as MSc or PhD.INCOSE Associate, IEng or CEng Registration with a recognised professional body in Systems Engineering.BenefitsDiscretionary 10% bonusDiscretionary annual training fund per employeeEV SchemePrivate Medical CareVery competitive pension schemeEmployment detailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting, Information Technology, and EngineeringIndustries: Defense and Space Manufacturing, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Computer and Network SecurityNote: This description reflects the role and its requirements and does not include extraneous postings or unrelated notices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
