Your Role: Own the System. Drive the Change.
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering delivery — taking full ownership of systems, aligning design intent with requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the board. You’ll be the glue that holds design, documentation, and testing together.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and lead individual systems, managing diverse workstreams and engaging with stakeholders.
* Align and validate design documentation and requirements to ensure consistency with design intent.
* Drive quality by managing ECRs, reviewing supplier updates, and ensuring full test coverage.
* ️ Support clarity by marking up schematics and block diagrams
What You Bring
* Proven experience working with systems of varying complexity.
* Strong attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset.
* Ability to manage documentation and stakeholder communication effectively.
* Familiarity with DOORS is a plus — but not a dealbreaker.
* A collaborative spirit and a passion for solving real-world engineering problems.
