The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the principles of systems engineering, will have prior experience as a Systems Engineer on a major programme involving accepting and integrating deliveries from suppliers. Using their experience in Systems Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers and suppliers to execute Systems Engineering activities across the full lifecycle, with specific focus on Model Based Systems Engineering. A systems engineer is required to support the development of a multiple award winning ATM system.This is an opportunity to work on a programme with an exciting pipeline of international work and provide Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCO) with tools to enhance their operation. The successful candidate does not need to be familiar with ATM (although it would be an advantage as on-the-job training will be provided as required.The systems engineer will work in a rapidly changing environment, delivering solutions and deliverables of a high quality to wide range of challenging problems.
