Senior & Principal Systems Engineers

We are recruiting across multiple specialisms, including:
Model-Based Architecture & Design Systems Modelling (SysML, Enterprise Architect) Systems Governance & Lifecycle Management Systems Architecture & Integration What You'll Do
Depending on your level and specialism, you may:
Develop and maintain logical, physical, and functional architectures Apply MBSE tools and techniques to define, analyse, and validate complex systems Integrate models across submarine platform domains Provide governance and process assurance across the engineering lifecycle Lead or support technical teams and mentor junior engineers What We're Looking For
A background in STEM and experience in MBSE, systems architecture, or systems design Familiarity with SysML and tools such as Enterprise Architect Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle and relevant industry standards Experience in defence, maritime, nuclear, or other regulated sectors INCOSE membership is desirable Salary & Benefits
Senior : £45,000-£52,500 Principal : £55,000-£61,500 Plus ~£2,500 annual bonus, pension, flexible working, share schemes, and more
