The role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers and distributors, ensuring the correct equipment is specified for projects, designing bespoke systems, and responding to various queries. You will be part of the customer-facing team, communicating via phone, email, and web chat, upholding the company's values and delivering high-quality service.Responsibilities include:Assessing new project enquiries and responding to customers, booking project details into the CRM system.Identifying appropriate system types to meet project requirements from a range of products.Providing technical support, including remote troubleshooting of complex systems.Preparing equipment quotations and responding to bids promptly.Conducting site visits, surveys, customer meetings, and demonstrations, including report writing.Providing technical training to customers.The ideal candidate will have:Experience with audio systems and technology.Experience designing with CAD software.A personable manner with customers and the ability to explain technology clearly and concisely.Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software.If interested, APPLY NOW by sending your CV to [emailprotected].
