Their environmentally conscious, low-disruption methods have made them a trusted partner across various sectors.Role OverviewAs Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll manage and develop client relationships across Greater London, providing tailored ground engineering solutions to the built environment sectors. You’ll take ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification to project design, quotation, and closing deals. This is a hands-on, field-based role where building trust with homeowners and professional stakeholders is key.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the regionConduct site assessments and provide expert advice on engineering solutionsDesign technical solutions based on survey dataPrepare quotes and follow up to secure ordersEnsure seamless handover to the operations team for project deliveryProvide after-sales support and resolve any client issuesMaintain accurate records using the CRM systemMeet and exceed sales targetsWhat We’re Looking For:Demonstrable sales experience in technical, engineering, construction, or other relevant sectors across the built environmentA relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveyingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with virtual tools and CRM systemsFull UK driving licenceTarget-driven mindset with a proactive approachPackage:We offer a competitive salary with a commission scheme designed to reward over-achievement, giving high performers a genuine opportunity to earn £100k+.
