This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the clean mobility revolution, helping customers keep charging infrastructure reliable, efficient, and ready for the Net Zero transition.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot issues across EV chargers – hardware, software, comms, and power electronicsUse Linux-based tools and diagnostics to identify root causesAnalyse power flow, converters, and electrical systems to resolve faultsSupport client integration and provide clear technical guidanceWork closely with R&D teams on bug fixes, testing, and product improvementsCreate technical documentation and improve support processesHands-on work in the Coventry lab, plus occasional travel across the UK & EUQualificationsDegree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fieldValid UK driving licenceKey Skills & Experience2–3 years in technical support, field engineering, or systems troubleshootingStrong knowledge of Linux, networking, and debugging toolsGood understanding of power electronics, converters, and current flowFamiliarity (or willingness to learn) OCPP and communication protocolsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearlyExperience in B2B support or customer-facing engineering (advantage)If this role is of interest, please apply via LinkedIn or send your CV directly to dan.avila@everec.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
