Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Handle major incident management (P1 level) in a 24/7 environment
• Support cloud and infrastructure operations for a leading financial services client
• Work within a collaborative team to ensure stability and uptime of critical systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure/Cloud Computing
• Strong incident management background (P1 level essential)
• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Flexible to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
