Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the company\'s industrial electronic products via email, phone, video, and in-person. Interpret circuit diagrams to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Test products to assist in investigating customer issues and recreating problems. Communicate complex technical information in an accessible manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
Proficiency in interpreting circuit diagrams and product specifications. Extensive knowledge of electronics and electronic products. Technical support issues involving electronics, software and electrical domains. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
