Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA and RoW at Redis

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define the hiring strategy for technical support roles across EMEA and RoW.
  • Own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process: job sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring closed loop.
  • Build and scale structured hiring metrics and supply chain strategy for global support roles.
  • Advise leaders on market trends, diversity and inclusion metrics, and talent market intelligence.
  • Partner with Talent Brand and Marketing teams to amplify Redis as an employer of choice.
  • Drive hiring pipeline visibility using analytics and dashboards.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters and support senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise talent acquisition, preferably in technical support or customer operations roles.
  • Strong end‑to‑end sourcing, talent pipeline, and hiring strategy skills.
  • Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and talent analytics.
  • Passion for continuous learning, nurturing high performance, and strong diversity metrics.
