WMS is currently looking to recruit a Tender Engineer on behalf of their client based in Teesside to support the preparation and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary tenders.This is a permanent staff position and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led, innovative organisation in the offshore renewables space.Your responsibilitiesAs a Tender Engineer, you will support the Tender Manager in organising and managing the tender process for one or more large, multidisciplinary, and complex projects, from receipt of the invitation from the contracting party to the submission of the offer.Organising and managing less complex project-based and content-based tender processesCompiling and writing tender documentsOrganising the follow-up and hand-over of successful tendersEvaluation of tender processesThe ideal candidate will haveA Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil EngineeringExtensive experience in a similar position, preferably in the offshore (wind) industryExperience in the execution of hydraulic engineering and/or civil technical projects is an advantageKnowledge of contracts and an understanding of commerceCustomer-minded and a professional attitudeAbility to occasionally travel internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
