Provide 3rd line escalation support for complex data centre and network infrastructure incidents. Act as the senior escalation point for high-priority customer issues. Perform system analysis and integration with authentication and identity services. Deliver engineering support, advice, and consultation across the technical team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, documenting root causes and corrective actions. Support and implement services across security, LAN, WLAN, VMware, SAN storage, and cloud environments. Mentor and coach junior engineers to drive knowledge sharing and capability growth. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver seamless solutions. Provide clear documentation including incident response, reports, and technical updates.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure. Strong technical expertise in one or more of: VMware (ESXi, vOPs) Extreme LAN, Fabric, WLAN technologies Firewall services (Fortinet, Cisco) Microsoft stack (Active Directory, 365, Azure) Public and hybrid cloud infrastructure Professional-level understanding of network architectures and common data transport protocols. Strong troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark and vendor analytics. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel to customer/hosted sites and undergo security vetting. ITIL V3/V4 certification. Extreme Certified Professional (VOSS Fabric, IQ Site Engine, Cloud, Wireless). Fortinet NSE3+ certification. Experience in multi-vendor environments and managed services.
