T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Field Service Engineer to join our Client on a Permanent basis located in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and supplier within their industry, the Trainee Service Engineer will be working as part of a two person team visiting customers all over the country and sometimes overseas. If you are mechanically or electrically minded and enjoy meeting and helping new people, then this job could be for you. Full training on all the products for repairing and servicing will be provided so you just really need to have a keen interest in fixing things. Trainee Field Service Engineer Job Details and benefits; * Permanent position * £25,000-£27,500 per annum * Visiting customers all over the country and sometimes overseas * 37.5 hours per week * 23 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days + bank holidays after 5 years service * Pension scheme * Other fantastic benefits include – birthday celebrations, Paid Christmas parties, Summer occasions, full maternity offered and similar flexibility to support staff Role & Responsibilities of a Trainee Field Service Engineer include; * Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner * Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions * Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs Trainee Field Service Engineer Person Specification; * Full UK Driving License * Good Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is Ideal but not required * Ability to work unsupervised Please apply today by sending your CV
