*TRAINEE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER*

Repairing and maintaining Xeretec provided office equipment to manufacturers standards, you’ll liaise, co-ordinate and facilitate between Xeretec and end users to deliver the required levels of service.

*Job Details*

· To complete onsite servicing of all Xeretec print equipment.

· To complete pro-active servicing to ensure end to end customer satisfaction.

· Manage smooth installation of new printer hardware with client end users and/or IT Departments.

· Achieve agreed Service Levels on device up time throughout lifetime of the contract.

· This is a trainee position and previous experience and/or qualifications are not essential as full training will be provided.

* Professional, courteous manner with a desire to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction * Willing to learn and enthusiastic to take on new challenges * Diligent and focused with high levels of attention to detail * A can-do attitude, with a flexible approach to work * Works well in a team * Be willing to travel extensively across the Highlands on a daily basis * GCSE English and Maths required & an HNC or equivalent in a related discipline will be a distinct advantage

*Hours:* Full time - 37.5 hours per week.

*Contract type: *Permanent

*Salary:* Negotiable, depending on experience

Disclosure Scotland & a valid UK driving licence is essential.
