2-Day Induction: Welcome to HQ, kit, safety essentials, and team introductions Shadow an Expert: Travel with an experienced engineer to see what the job is really like Phase 1 Training: 3 weeks of in-depth learning at our training centre On-the-Job Practice: Up to 6 months to perfect your skills in the real world Phase 2 Training: 2 weeks to unlock a new skill
