Trainee Production Engineer
ReeVR are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Production Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing or assembly who is looking to develop their career in engineering and production.
The role of the Trainee Production Engineer will focus on fine, intricate bench assembly work, requiring excellent attention to detail and steady hands. You will gain hands-on experience with engineering drawings, small-scale assembly, and production processes, while working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities for the Trainee Production Engineer:
Carrying out fine, detailed bench assembly work to a high standard.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to complete assembly tasks.
Supporting production processes across small-scale manufacturing projects.
Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all work undertaken.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, following health & safety procedures.
Experience:
Some prior manufacturing or assembly experience (small-scale/fine work advantageous).
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of manual dexterity.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
