Responsibilities
- Deliver performance-focused sub-systems for integration within larger weapon system architectures.
- Own the physical definition, certification, and acceptance of hardware systems.
- Produce and maintain technical and certification documentation to required standards.
- Support the integration of functional software with complex hardware subsystems.
- Engage with and manage third-party suppliers, defining technical statements of work and deliverables.
- Operate across the early lifecycle of projects, clarifying stakeholder needs and influencing technical direction.
- Lead technical work packages, balancing progress against risks in collaboration with project managers.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven background in developing complex electrical equipment or subsystems.
- Strong understanding of assembly, integration, test, and certification processes.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in supplier management and technical work definition.
- Systems engineering knowledge including requirements, design, and performance analysis.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-technology environment with secure project demands.
- Bonus: up to 21% of base salary
