We are urgently seeking 3-4 experienced IT Engineers to support a Windows 11 Upgrade Project In Stafford This is a hands-on, onsite role involving direct interaction with end users via floor walking and Tech Bar support. You must have active NPPV2 Clearance or have had it previously in the last few years

?? Duration & Schedule:

Start Date: Monday, 18th August

Contract Length: Approx. 4 weeks per engineer

Working Hours: 6-hour onsite days (allowing for breaks and movement across the site)

?? Key Responsibilities:

Perform Windows 11 upgrades using USB installation media

Support users during and after upgrade via floor walking and Tech Bar presence

Maintain upgrade pace of 6-7 devices per hour

Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues on the spot

Ensure minimal disruption to operational teams during upgrade process

Proven experience in Windows OS upgrades, ideally Windows 11

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, user-facing environment

NPPV2 clearance required - ideally currently live, but expired within the last few years may be acceptable
