Are you an experienced Workshop Engineer?
Our client based in West Bromwich is seeking a Workshop Engineer to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.
As Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for:-
* Working in a busy workshop environment
* Problem solving and mechanical and electrical fault finding on construction machinery / plant machinery.
* Servicing and repairing of equipment.
* You will be involved in pre delivery inspections
* Checking new machines, fixing attachments, checking tyres, oil levels, etc.
* You will also carry out yard duties including the checking in of machines, unloading lorries, maintaining a clean and tidy workshop.
To be considered for the role of Workshop Engineer, you will have:-
At least 12 months recent experience in a similar role Servicing and repair experience of construction machinery / plant machinery or similar You will enjoy working as part of a team You will have excellent communication skills, be hard working and reliable. Own transport required.
