The Role
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and the ticketing system
- Deliver first-line support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve common issues with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
- Support software deployments, system updates, and hardware installations or configurations
- Document technical problems and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and consistency
The Candidate
- Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk role
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environments
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
