The Role

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and the ticketing system
  • Deliver first-line support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Support software deployments, system updates, and hardware installations or configurations
  • Document technical problems and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and consistency

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk role
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environments
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
