The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients' IT-related queries, providing efficient customer service, diagnosing issues, and ensuring top support quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders
• Handling technical service requests as the primary contact
• Maintaining detailed records throughout the ticket lifecycle
• Delivering high-quality first-time fixes through troubleshooting
• Escalating complex issues and managing workload to meet SLAs

About You:

• Experience in IT support
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies
• Good troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office and Windows desktops
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS; eager to learn and develop
