Required Skills:

• 1+ years experience in an IT support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Windows & Microsoft 365 environments
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• A passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
