Responding to phone and email support requests, diagnosing technical problems. Providing 1st line support across their customer base and solving tech related problems. Being responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance activities. Contribute to IT related projects. Following agreed process and procedures to ensure a smooth process and support. Maintenance of all IT service documentation.
Qualifications
Experience working as a 1st Line Support engineer. Experience of remote access tools. Knowledge of Windows 10/11 as well as Azure, Active Directory and Antivirus software. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting or network infrastructure. Understanding of ITIL best practice. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
