The Role

They are seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their Service Desk team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 (M365)
  • Application troubleshooting
  • Hardware support, including onboarding
  • Printers
  • Ticketing systems (logging, triage, escalation, resolution tracking)
