What you'll be doing: * Delivering exceptional 2nd line support across a wide range of systems.* Solving technical issues on desktops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.* Collaborating with 1st and 3rd line teams for seamless problem resolution.* Working directly with clients, both remotely and on-site.
