Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Proficiency in desktop support, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365. Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs). Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
