Our client, a Microsoft Cloud partner, is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Technician to join their growing team. The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will ideally have a background working for an MSP previously. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a wide range of Microsoft products.
The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to a range of clients.
Key Experience for the 2nd Line Service Desk Technician
- Experience in an IT Service Desk Environment
- Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Office 365
- Azure Active Directory
- Azure including Virtual servers and Intune/Endpoint Manager
- SharePoint Online
- Exchange Online
- Exchange Hybrid with 365
- Windows 10/11
- Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022
- Backup Solutions - (Acronis, Azure Backups)
- Active Directory
- Networking and Firewall Configuration (Palo Alto, UDM Pro, Draytek etc)
- Wifi - Unifi
- VPNs - IPSEC/PPTP/SSL/SSTP & Azure VPN
- DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
