Role – 2nd Line Support Engineer Location – Whiteley Start – ASAP Salary - £30,000 to £40,000

The Role We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider based in Whiteley who are seeking a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days per week), with regular travel to customer sites across Hampshire and Sussex (a company van is provided for these visits).

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for: Providing 2nd Line support across a wide range of Microsoft technologies. Delivering excellent customer service both remotely and on-site. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving escalated technical issues. Supporting project delivery and system upgrades. Spotting opportunities to add value for clients, helping strengthen customer relationships.
