Our client, a global organisation, urgently requires an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Experienced in 2nd and 3rd line systems support
• Experienced with databases, networks, systems security, backup, and patch management
• Tech: MS Azure, MS Server, Office 365, UNIX/Linux environments, VMware
• MUST be able to obtain SC Clearance (candidates with SC clearance will be prioritised)

Within This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to head office and deployed systems
• Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting rapidly expanding infrastructure
• Deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all active network equipment to ensure seamless network operations
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure systems issues are resolved
• Ensuring that SLAs are met across the team
• Working with 3rd party technology suppliers when required
