Overview

3rd Line Engineer – Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a permanent, on-site role based in Hatfield. You will work within a major enterprise IT environment, managing mobile OS deployments, configurations, and providing advanced support for large-scale estates. You will work hands-on with Workspace ONE, JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Samsung Knox to deliver secure and standardised mobile services.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end mobile lifecycle - from policy creation and device enrolment to troubleshooting complex issues and improving automation and compliance. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, service managers, and vendors to keep enterprise mobile environments running at peak performance.

What you’ll need

  • Strong 3rd line MDM background
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF
  • Knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Android Enterprise, and ZTNA
  • Confident managing device policies, certificates, and compliance at scale
