Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for advanced technical issues (2nd → 3rd line).
• Deliver high-quality support across Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot and configure firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Support and maintain virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Assist with client projects, including migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud deployments.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor and support junior engineers where needed.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in a 2nd/3rd Line role within an MSP environment.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, O365, Azure, Active Directory).
• Solid networking skills (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing).
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are advantageous.
• Hybrid working model (London base with flexibility).
