Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues Lead IT projects from planning to implementation Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure A customer-first mindset with great communication skills A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
