3rd Line Support Engineer – Princes Risborough (Hybrid) – £35,000 – £40,000. We are looking for a skilled and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
• Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
• Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
• Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
• A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
