OverviewAC & Refrigeration EngineerLocation: West MidlandsSalary: Up to £40,000 + excellent package (flexible for the right person)We are representing a leading facilities management business that works with a wide range of nationally recognised hospitality and retail brands. They are now looking to expand their team of 30+ engineers by appointing an AC & Refrigeration Engineer based in the West Midlands.ResponsibilitiesService, maintenance and repair of small commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including walk-in fridges/freezers, ice machines, bottle coolers, split systems and VRV/VRF systems.Regional patch - West Midlands.Paid door-to-door travel.Cover core hours (45 hours including breaks) with overtime payable after 40 hours.On-Call & Overtime: 1 in 8 standby rota (2pm-10pm during standby week).Standby retainer: £130 per week / £160 when acting as 3rd man (approximately every 16 weeks).Overtime rates: Time and a half after 10pm, double time after midnight.Minimum 4 hours paid per callout.The PackageBasic salary up to £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience).Matched pension up to 7%.Company van (private use option available).25 days annual leave.3x salary death-in-service cover.Strong overtime and on-call earning potential.The Ideal CandidateQualified AC & Refrigeration Engineer with proven experience working on small commercial refrigeration and AC systems.Based in the West Midlands.Professional, reliable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work with high-profile clients.AC / Refrigeration Engineer - WorcesterAC / Refrigeration Engineer - WorcesterAC / Refrigeration Engineer - WorcesterEngineeringCalibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
