About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer with FGAS Category 2 & 3 certification to join our growing team. The role involves the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service on air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, multi-split, and packaged units)
• Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs to restore system performance
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with FGAS regulations
• Provide accurate service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service while working on client sites
• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety standards, and industry compliance requirements

Requirements

• FGAS Category 2 & 3 certification (essential)
• Previous experience as an AC service/maintenance engineer
• Strong knowledge of a variety of AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Panasonic, etc.)
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
