The role focuses on providing top-tier automation support across the UK, ensuring PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems run smoothly for clients.ResponsibilitiesAutomation Support: Deliver essential support to maintain system integrity during breakdowns and installation.Fault Finding: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, following logical methods to identify root causes.System Modifications: Collaborate with clients to define and implement system changes, keeping operations seamless.Health Checks: Regularly check PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.Customer Support: Provide remote and on-site support across the UK.On-Call Rota: Participate in the out-of-hours support rota with flexibility to fit personal schedules.What You BringPLC Programming & Fault Finding Experience: Hands-on experience with PLC systems and diagnosing complex issues.Multibrand Expertise: Comfortable working across various PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; quick to pick up new ones.Problem-Solving Skills: Methodical in approach, able to listen to client needs and resolve issues efficiently.BenefitsCompetitive Salary (dependent on experience)On-Call Uplift: £2,000 + extra for each day on-call25 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysHealth shield cash plan + BUPA medical insuranceVINCI share scheme (6 months length of service qualifying period)Pension scheme matching up to 7%Actemium Automation is a proud part of the VINCI Energies group, a global leader in engineering services.
