AdoptionsEngineer/AdoptionsCoordinator Salary:£30,000-£50,000 Location:Derby Weareworkingwithawell-establishedsubcontractorwhospecialiseintheresidentialgroundworkssector.TheyareseekinganexperiencedAdoptionsEngineer/AdoptionsCoordinatortojointheirteam,supportingthedeliveryofadoptionworksacrosstheirsitesbasedinDerby. TheRole: AsanAdoptionsEngineer/Coordinator,youwillplayakeypartinensuringthesuccessfulhandoverofcompletedworkstolocalauthoritiesandstatutorybodies.Youwillworkcloselywithsiteteams,clients,andcouncilstoensureworksarecarriedouttoadoptionstandards,managingtheprocessfrominitialinspectionthroughtofinalsign-off. KeyResponsibilities: Managingtheadoptionprocessforroads,sewers,andopenspaces. Liaisingwithlocalauthorities,watercompanies,andotherstakeholderstosecureapprovals. Coordinatingandoverseeingremedialworkstomeetadoptionrequirements. Preparingandreviewingdocumentation,drawings,andschedulesrelatedtoadoptionworks. Conductingsiteinspectionstoensureworkscomplywithtechnicalstandards. Supportingthedeliveryteamwithtechnicalguidanceonadoptionrequirements.
