What will your responsibilities be?

To ensure that all Advanced Quality Requirements are met for New Model Launches as per the corporate “PLUS” (Product Launch System) including: - Ensuring Control Plans are prepared to meet Prototype, Pre-Production and Production requirements Completion of Appearance Manual to relevant Customer Standards Ensuring all gauging is validated and verified for production usage Ensuring all relevant Measurement and Capability data is conducted and data evaluated Ensuring IMDS compliance across all BOM items Conducting all Supplier APQP activities necessary in order to achieve Supplier PSW Approval Ensure Suppliers are conducting necessary DVP&R activities as part of PPAP Ensuring “Grain Go” and “Colour Harmony / AAR” events are held with the customer / supplier for approval of relevant components.
