At Elevate 399, we believe hair is more than just style ; it’s an experience. Based in the heart of vibrant Brixton, our salon is home to a team of creative professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results while making every client feel fabulous. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve built an international reputation for trend-setting cuts, vibrant colour work, and a luxury salon experience with afro hair at its centre.

Now, as our family continues to grow, we’re looking for talented Senior Stylists and Stylists to join our dynamic team.

As part of our team, you’ll work in a busy, high-demand salon where creativity, precision, and client care come first. We’re looking for professionals who can work confidently on their own initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative and diverse team. Our clients come to Elevate 399 for something unique, so your passion for hair, knowledge of products, and ability to tailor each service will help you create lasting impressions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your existing client base while being part of a salon at the forefront of afro hairstyling in London.

*What you’ll do:*

* Deliver a full range of services including cutting, colouring, relaxers, styling, and treatments * Provide expert advice on hair care and styling products * Support and guide team members (Senior Stylists only) * Upsell services and retail products in a natural, client-focused way * Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming workspace * Step in with front-of-house duties when required * Consistently deliver an outstanding client experience

*What we’re looking for*

* Experienced in AFRO hair * NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) * Minimum 3 years’ salon floor experience * Skilled in working within a luxury or high-end environment * Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional approach * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced salon * Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques * Flexible schedule – evenings and Saturdays required * Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset * Willingness to attend training and keep ahead in the industry
