About VML MAP Agentic Labs

At VML MAP, we are investing in the future by leading the way in agentic AI development. Over the past year, we’ve built VML MAP Agentic Labs, a four-pronged initiative focused on designing, building, and implementing agentic AI solutions that drive real business value for ourselves and our clients. Our labs include:

Agentic Design Lab – A product centric function responsible for uncovering and designing value-driven agentic AI opportunities that are feasible, viable, and deliverable.

Agentic Development Lab – A best-in-class agentic platform and development practice, delivering multi-agent workflows with rapid, outcome-driven iterations and long-term adoption strategies.

Agentic Research Lab – Focused on agentic architecture, human+AI workflows and enabling fast, well-founded development decisions with deep methodology research.

Agentic Tooling Lab – Ensuring market-ready AI and agentic solutions are optimized for adoption and effectiveness instead of reinventing existing tools.

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will directly contribute to this initiative, working alongside AI researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and impactful AI solutions.
