- Hold a relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering, or have equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both colleagues and customers.
- Show a proactive attitude toward training and professional development.
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime during busy seasons.
