AI Engineer (Copilot Studio) - Contract

Adeptis Group is recruiting an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to help design, develop, and deploy intelligent, responsible AI assistants that streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

You’ll work within a growing Data & AI team, collaborating with internal and external partners to build agentic AI solutions, automate workflows, and deliver secure, compliant, and high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready automations to enhance business efficiency
• Ensure all solutions align with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to maximise adoption and business value
• Contribute to reusable AI assets, workflows, and best practices within the organisation

Essential Skills

• Proven experience developing and automating AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Understanding of AI/ML models, data science principles, and orchestration of agentic workflows
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Experience applying Generative AI and prompt-engineering techniques
• Awareness of AI governance and observability frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Desirable

• Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure)
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry integrations
• Understanding of cybersecurity considerations in AI solutions
