We’re growing at LightWork AI and looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our London team. This is a rare opportunity to work across the full AI lifecycle, from cutting-edge research and prototyping through to real-world deployment.


What we’re looking for:

  • A First-Class degree in Artificial Engineering from a top-tier university
  • Around 3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience
  • Driven, problem-solver, eager to take ownership
  • Hungry to earn equity and create substantial value
  • Resilient, with exceptional work ethic
  • Interest in real estate as a domain is helpful
  • Team-orientated and uncompromising integrity
