We are working with a family run FM company who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in building services to join our growing team. Covering London and the M25 area, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, repair and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.)

Carry out fault finding and diagnostics to ensure minimal downtime for clients

*

Support installation and commissioning of new systems when required

*

Work closely with building managers and clients to deliver high-quality service

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within building services

*

F-Gas qualification (essential)

*

NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent

*

Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Package:

Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
