The A/C Engineer will be responsible for covering retail and commercial sites across London and the M25 on a UK building services contract. As the Lead Engineer in the company, you will be expected to have experience working a wide range of Air Conditioning / HVAC systems, being able to braze, solder, replace compressors, condensers, fault find etc.

The Air Conditioning Engineer should have 5+ years minimum industry experience, carrying out service and repair of air conditioning systems within commercial premises. The Engineer must also hold their F-Gas Cat 1 and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Duties To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, AHU, FCU's Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc Dealing with subcontractors where necessary Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times

Salary and Benefits Salary £48,000 - £52,000 depending on experience Van and fuel card Overtime Company pension

Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) 5+ years' experience carrying out service and repair of various types of AC units, within commercial sites. Full Driving Licence Based within commutable distance of Central London
